Everything you need to know about our shipping options
Shipping Options
We ship most of our orders via Royal Mail Signed for Delivery with 1st and 2nd Class options available. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid postal address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).
Standard UK Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days of purchase date. Any orders placed after 12pm each day, on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day. During busy periods processing time may take longer.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your chosen shipping option. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, shipping cut off times (12pm business days), weather, and other unexpected conditions.
Free UK delivery on all orders over £50
InPost Click & Collect Locker
We now offer InPost click and collect. You will need to select the locker you prefer after checkout. If you do not, this will automatically select a locker closer to you.
You will be notified every step of the parcel's journey via InPost. It is recommended to download the app for collection benefits.
Important: Orders are held at the collection point for 3 days from the day they arrive before being returned to the retailer. You will receive SMS reminders from InPost before the parcel is returned.
If a package is returned to us because it wasn't collected in time, there will be an additional £3 charge deducted from your refund amount. The shipping costs will not be refunded.
Collections
Shop opening hours are Monday-Friday 9.30am-3pm. Please keep an eye out for a pick up notification, and collect between opening times.
European Shipping
iLashUK ships to countries within Europe for a standard international fee of £15.
We ship via Royal Mail International Tracked.
International shipping can take up to 20 working business days, depending on what country you order to. If you have not received your parcel within 30 days we can open an investigation with Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace any orders until the investigation has been complete. If you have any shipping issues you will need to complete a shipping claims form and we will be in contact with you once we have an outcome from your investigation.
Duties & Custom Taxes
You will be responsible for any customs charges or import charges incurred should there be any.
We have no control over custom or import charges and we do not charge them. You can find more information out about why they are charged by contacting the customs office. The charges must be paid in order to receive your package. Failing to pay will result in the parcel being returned back to us. Once we receive it back we will refund for the goods minus the shipping cost, return shipping charge and a 10% processing fee will be deducted.
Temperature Warning: If your country is minus 0 degrees please do not order our bond and seal. In freezing conditions this will dry the product out. If you take the risk and order, we accept no liability for any issues that arise.
